Job Summary
Lead and execute process improvement initiatives within Rental and Service operations, guiding projects from conception to execution and using data-driven insights to reduce costs and improve throughput, fleet availability, and customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain processes, policies, and procedures; serve as a subject-matter expert for Rental and Service operations; collaborate with cross-functional teams including fleet, technical support, and warehouse to drive improvements; train end users on new processes and tools; monitor KPI trends and apply continuous improvements; travel to field locations to apply learnings; role requires on-site work initially (90 days) followed by a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office in Deer Park, TX.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or engineering roles within a technical, industrial, or rental/service environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred)
- Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce
- AutoCAD experience for layout and flow design
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical capabilities, including data modeling, KPI design, root-cause analysis, and visualization
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools, process mapping software, and BI/reporting platforms
- Strong experience with operational systems; SharePoint development experience
- Support for travel up to 50%
- On-site first 90 days, then hybrid schedule with 3 days in office
- Ability to lead complex improvement initiatives with measurable costs, efficiency, and customer satisfaction outcomes
