Job Summary
Provide scientific technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and serve as a support person to Manufacturing Engineering. Troubleshoot process problems as they arise, make necessary adjustments to produce quality products, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and delivery performance. Lead engineering efforts for process optimization, new equipment implementation, automation-related development, and new process introduction. Apply strong analytical thinking and hands-on problem-solving skills to solve complex manufacturing challenges in a fast-growing organization.
Required Qualifications
- Personal computer skills such as MICROSOFT OFFICE and relational database
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work under direct supervision
- Ability to work with clearly defined project steps
- Strong learning agility and ability to quickly adapt to complex products, materials, and manufacturing processes
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of identifying and solving problems independently
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with an engineering mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-growing and evolving organization
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Materials, Inorganic Materials, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
- 2-5 years of experience
Desired Qualifications
- Candidates with a combination of R&D and manufacturing/process engineering experience are preferred
- Experience in process development, process improvement, manufacturing engineering, automation implementation, or material-related industries is preferred
