Process Improvement Analyst

Job Summary
Process Improvement Analyst responsible for analyzing potential improvements to logistics operations and processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance. This role partners with internal and external partners to identify opportunities for automation, streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery. The analyst also supports logistics-related projects and change management efforts to ensure sustainable improvements. Responsibilities include researching, designing, and recommending process improvements; supporting execution and monitoring of projects; establishing department processes and metrics; providing direction and ROI calculations for new projects; reading and implementing requirements in contracts and guidelines; and assisting with oversight of team members. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-3 years of process-improvement experience; ISO 9001 knowledge; proficiency in Excel/Word; and strong communication and collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or other related field
- 2 - 3 years of experience with process improvement or related experience or a combination of experience and education
- Knowledge and experience of ISO - 9001 requirements
- Must be able to pass and maintain Federal and State background checks
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret logistics and supply chain data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and drive process improvements
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
