Job Summary
Process Improvement Specialist – Supply Chain Operations role focused on hardware manufacturing. Drive end-to-end process improvements through technology and process redesign, standardizing and scaling supply chain processes, and leading ERP-enabled solutions (Oracle preferred). Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, and Operations to deliver sustainable improvements; develop and maintain SOPs/work instructions; map and analyze end-to-end processes; implement technology-enabled transformations; support change management and training; ensure regulatory/compliance controls as part of process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in process improvement or supply chain operations, preferably within a hardware manufacturing environment.
- Subject matter expertise in manufacturing supply chain processes, ideally supporting hardware or IT server manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle (NetSuite experience a plus), within a manufacturing or supply chain context.
