Job Summary

Monitor and track quality tasks for Client CPL products in Rotterdam, initiating Corrective and Preventive Action Requests (CPARs) to resolve fulfillment center issues. Conduct onsite QA inspections, audit supplier documentation, and lead regional Material Review Board and CPAR review meetings. Support New Product Introduction by qualifying new products and act as the primary contact for customer complaint investigations and Return Material Authorization activities. Collaborate with Manufacturing Quality Managers to enhance customer satisfaction while implementing continuous improvement projects. Requires 4+ years of experience, 10% travel, and fluency in English.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a four-year college degree in a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in supporting production and/or order fulfillment processes
  • Exposure to problem-solving operational process flows from concept to delivery in a hardware, software, or cloud environment
  • Experience in implementing lean and six sigma methodologies in the workplace
  • Basic knowledge of revision and version control principles and tools
  • Familiarity with SPC and AQL sampling levels
  • Experience with 8D problem-solving methodology
  • Leadership in Design and Process FMEA
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Strong analytical abilities and critical thinking skills
  • Position will require up to 10% travel

  • Experience with Product Data Management systems, preferably Windchill
  • Ability to manage high stress during tight deadlines
  • Extensive computer work
  • Capable of lifting and inspecting boxed equipment weighing up to 20kg
