Job Summary
Conduct process analysis, benchmarking, and program metrics reviews to modernize government missions and streamline client operations. Apply Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to develop actionable intelligence and precision-measured outcomes for warfighters and intelligence professionals. Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize enterprise IT solutions within the Mission Services division. Requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph, a Bachelor's degree, and two years of experience in process analysis or management consulting. Salary range is $140,000 - $170,000 in Herndon, VA.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with required polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in process analysis, benchmarking, program metrics, or management consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with the Sponsor's finance and/or contracts-related procedures
- Knowledge of OGFM performance metrics and corporate policy
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
