Job Summary
Drive quality robustness across the engineering factory by leveraging expertise in FMA deliverables including PFMEAs, Control Plans, error-proofing strategies, engineering standards, and new program launch requirements. Support PTME launch teams through coaching, training, technical deep dives, and enhancements to engineering standards. Collaborate with global teams to resolve powertrain launch quality concerns and execute continuous improvement initiatives. As part of the Manufacturing team, you will help build state-of-the-art smart vehicles while developing new technologies to increase efficiency in plants around the world.
Required Qualifications
- expertise in FMA deliverables including PFMEAs, Control Plans, error-proofing strategies, engineering standards, and new program launch requirements
- ability to support PTME launch teams through coaching, training, technical deep dives, and enhancements to engineering standards
