Job Summary
Conduct manual and automated deburring, laser engraving, aquablast, anodising, and cleaning of component parts across multiple departmental areas. Monitor component quality and complete departmental quality documentation. Work a 3-shift weekly rotation (earlies, lates, nights) with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail and following written and pictorial instructions accurately.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to demonstrate written and numeracy skills
- Ability to follow written and pictorial instructions accurately
- Ability to safely use a range of hand held tools used during the various finishing processes
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- A positive can do attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Basic pc skills
- Some knowledge of working in a process finishing environment
- The ability to communicate both written & verbal
- The ability to work unaided whilst forming part of a team
