Process Expert & Project Manager Logistics (f/m/d)

Job Summary
Lead logistics projects with SAP EWM across the EMEA region, driving standardization, coordinating cross-functional teams including ICT and external logistics partners, and designing/optimizing/documenting logistics processes. Responsible for testing, training, and knowledge transfer to key users, monitoring project performance, defining KPIs, and ensuring successful delivery. Role emphasizes process optimization, risk assessment, and continuous improvement in a multinational logistics context while enabling flexible/hybrid work arrangements within Austria.
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in SAP EWM with deep understanding of warehouse logistics processes
- Completed commercial or technical education with several years of experience in logistics and project management
- Analytical mindset combined with strong organizational and coordination skills
- Very good German and English skills, with willingness to travel (approx. 10%)
- Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills and implementation mindset
