Job Summary
Drive design, implementation and refinement of Manufacturing Planning and advanced Available to Promise (aATP) processes under Plan to Fulfill (P2F); collaborate across value streams to harmonize processes, apply Design Authority principles, and leverage vendor-led innovation. Lead documentation, governance, and continuous-improvement efforts; partner with BPM Manager to model processes correctly and stay aligned with standards while assessing external trends to improve planning performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced business environment
- Experience in Integrated Business Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning and Customer Order confirmation
- Leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to work comfortably in an ambiguous environment
- Problem solving, conflict management, negotiation and decision-making capabilities
