Process Excellence Senior Specialist - Growth Lab - Email (Hybrid)

Lead an improvement agenda for the vertical by developing and deploying a Service Excellence framework to optimize process performance and reduce variation in critical business processes. Evaluate current and future processes using value stream maps and performance metrics to identify gaps, then collaborate with operations to establish business performance standards and design transformational programs. Act as the sole owner of continuous improvement, serving as a change agent to drive enhancements in CSAT, quality, and turnaround time while coaching teams on Lean methodologies and providing relevant trainings. Serve as the liaison between stakeholders to document dependencies and align with global charters covering optimization, productivity, and customer experience elevation.
