Job Summary
Process Excellence Lead at Vaughan-Woodbridge site to champion Lean and continuous improvement across functions. Lead safety and 5S initiatives, conduct audits, coordinate OE activities, facilitate process mapping, value stream mapping, and SOP/Standard Work development. Responsible for establishing and monitoring departmental KPIs and dashboards, guiding Kaizens and problem-solving workshops, and managing PE projects to deliver on-time, with risk mitigation and realized benefits. Build cross-functional relationships, coach project leaders and teams, and ensure standardization of Lean methodologies and documentation across STD sites, with opportunities to support cross-site PE initiatives. Proficiency in data analysis, change leadership, and effective communication to align PE efforts with business priorities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in technical or operational roles
- Deep knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies
- Proven change leadership and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (intermediate level or higher)
- Strategic and tactical thinking abilities
