Job Summary
Coordinate key continuous improvement programmes, prepare engaging materials, and support activities that make process excellence visible and impactful. Assist the PEX Senior Manager by managing CI Champions, Success Stories, and Teams Huddle structures while maintaining the PEX SharePoint site and updating the PEX Tool with accurate improvement data. Facilitate training invitations, support communications across Teams channels and Engage, and assist with Practical Problem Solving certification and Tiered Accountability audits. This 2024 summer internship is based in Wroclaw, Poland, with an anticipated base compensation of 35 PLN gross per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Currently studying Business, Project Management, IT, Engineering or a related field
- Basic Lean knowledge, including an understanding of methodology and tools
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal
- Enjoy working collaboratively with others
