Job Summary
Conduct process analysis and improvement by mapping current-state operations, identifying inefficiencies, and developing streamlined solutions. Lead process improvement initiatives, manage project execution, and ensure successful implementation of changes. Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to drive operational enhancements. Develop metrics and reporting systems to track performance and measure the impact of implemented changes. Requires three years of process improvement and QA experience within a US healthcare benefits account, plus seven years total professional experience. Six Sigma certifications are preferred. Role is onsite in Cebu City during US business hours with weekends off.
Required Qualifications
- College Graduate
- Well versed in a Healthcare account (US benefits)
- Has relevant experience in process improvement and QA for 3 years
- Total experience should not be less than 7 years
- Knowledge: Root-cause-analysis
- Knowledge: Lean methodologies
- Knowledge: Corrective and Preventive actions
- Knowledge: quality concepts
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred: Six Sigma methodologies/Certifications
