Process Excellence Consultant - (Cebu City)

Map current healthcare processes, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and develop solutions to optimize operations. Lead process improvement projects, oversee their execution, and ensure successful implementation of changes. Apply Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping methodologies to facilitate improvements. Establish metrics and reporting systems to track performance and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes. Requires extensive US benefits experience, at least three years in process improvement and quality assurance, and a college degree. Six Sigma certification preferred.
