Job Summary
The role focuses on developing scalable manufacturing processes aligned with quality and safety standards, reviewing and improving work instructions and equipment, delivering technical training, and providing production support to optimize process performance. Responsibilities include maintaining reliable machinery operation, updating process documentation for supply chain processes, monitoring process and quality metrics, applying lean and continuous improvement projects, and ensuring adherence to HSE and PPE guidelines. Requires data analysis, root-cause troubleshooting, cross-functional collaboration, and knowledge of manufacturing principles, SPC, and regulation compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in data analysis and KPI monitoring to support troubleshooting and process decisions
- Ability to troubleshoot process issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and systems, and knowledge of materials and equipment used in production
- Experience with production planning, cost analysis, and quality systems including statistical process control (SPC)
- Ability to develop and deliver technical training to production teams
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards and PPE usage
