Job Summary
Set up, monitor, and optimize production processes by performing equipment setup, conducting audits, and providing guidance to line operators. Execute test runs, collect and analyze production data, and prepare records, charts, and graphs to assist engineering teams in identifying yield issues and evaluating new products. Troubleshoot manufacturing challenges and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and product quality. Work Monday through Friday, 2pm-10:30pm on the second shift.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of process changes, technical assistance with engineers manufacturing/shipping and receiving environment
- Strong computer skills with the ability to use manufacturing and engineering software, data collection systems, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation applications to document, analyze, and report process performance data
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- HS diploma required/ Associate's Degree in related field, technical training or equivalent education and training
- Monday–Friday, 2pm-10:30pm – 2nd shift
