Job Summary
Lead and scale the Process Engineering team responsible for the Stack Forging thermal solutions at our Burlington, MA site. Drive development, optimization, and control of complex manufacturing processes spanning process control, metallurgy, chemistry, and experimental design; mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team; collaborate across cross-disciplinary project teams; shape technology roadmaps and translate technical challenges into actionable projects for high-volume manufacturing and advanced materials applications; onsite presence required.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 7+ years of relevant experience in an engineering discipline within a complex manufacturing or process-intensive environment
- 2+ years of proven experience managing and leading a technical engineering team
- Proven experience with key manufacturing process development tools and methodologies (Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, or MSA)
- Experience in process control, experimental design (DOE), metallurgy, chemistry, manufacturing, or related fields
- Technical background or direct experience with laser processing, complex metal forming, or high-volume manufacturing readiness for advanced materials
- Experience in metal additive manufacturing, specialized forming processes, or thermal management systems
- Ability to translate complex technical challenges into clear project scopes and business-aligned technology roadmaps
- Citizenship/immigration: US citizen or Permanent Resident; sponsorship not available
