Job Summary
Lead process and manufacturing engineering for aerospace-type hardware in the GADS unit, translating technical and contract requirements into robust, repeatable manufacturing processes that meet AS9100, customer requirements, and flight-critical quality standards. Responsibilities include defining machining sequences and in-process inspection, developing PFMEA, control plans, first articles, APQP/MSA activities, driving continuous improvement, coordinating cross-functional teams across sites, supporting MRB/root-cause analysis, providing technical training to Sales & Estimation and downstream process teams, and ensuring safe operations.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Industrial, or related)
- At least 5 years in aerospace-type critical parts manufacturing.
