Job Summary
Design, validate, and implement robust manufacturing processes aligned with QCD targets while leading new product industrialization and technology transfer. Prepare PFDs, PFMEAs, control plans, and SOPs to ensure on-time delivery with optimized costs. Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Kaizen, and productivity studies, and optimize capacity planning, layout, and material flow. Design jigs, fixtures, and automation solutions, then troubleshoot process issues to maintain stability. Prepare ROI for capital investments and manage equipment procurement and commissioning. Requires 10–12 years of experience in automotive or rolling stock domains.
