Job Summary
Eliminate waste and losses using Focused Improvement, Autonomous Maintenance, and Process Design tools while running to standard implementation and defining machine settings. Create technical standards to ensure process stability, train line crews on restoration of basic conditions, and validate all process improvements. Collaborate with Customer Service and Agility teams to drive factory OR, DBNR improvement, and NVAA reduction through data analysis and root cause penetration. Support digital-related projects and coordinate the deployment of standardized technologies to enable semi-autonomous teams.
Required Qualifications
- Business acumen and financial tools, understanding of the Master plan, factory priorities and how manufacturing performance of the site correlates with its finance KPIs and BGs targets achievement
- Manufacturing & Packaging technology
- Engineering skills (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Automation, others) to do practical problem solving
- Technical drawings, drawing programs, 3d modelling
- Analytical capability, basics of statistics, basics of coding to collect and analyse complex data to penetrate problems' phenomena and understand root causes
- Process Design and manpower optimization, including NVAA reduction technics
- ICMS methods and tools to identify root causes, define countermeasures and validate their effectiveness
- Mastery of FI, AM, PM, Q and PD methods and tools
- Relevant expertise in automation solutions or factory automation projects
