Job Summary
Conduct process improvements, project development, and plant audits to meet safety, quality, efficiency, and production goals. Gather and analyze data to make data-driven decisions, optimize control loops, and rationalize alarms. Execute equipment sizing for PRVs, valves, and pumps while managing projects and implementing management of change requirements. Partner with maintenance teams to improve equipment availability and energy consumption, champion Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and support sustainability initiatives. Supervise others as needed and foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, quality, and safety teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- Internal applicants must have an MX or above on most recent performance evaluation
