Job Summary
The Process Engineer will evaluate and enhance processes within Stonhard's manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include leading root cause analysis for process failures and ensuring CI initiatives like 5S and Waste Reduction are executed. Ideal candidates will have experience in equipment troubleshooting, manufacturing execution systems, and will be responsible for improving production efficiency and equipment reliability, developing standard work instructions, and conducting downtime loss analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience preferably in a GMP environment
Desired Qualifications
- Lean and/or Six Sigma
