Job Summary
Process Engineer needed to lead and optimize industrial processes in Treatt's manufacturing environment. Responsible for process safety activities (HAZOP/LOPA/HAZID, MOC, COMAH reporting), continuous improvement of plant operations, troubleshooting deviations, scale-up and commissioning support, and developing documentation (PFDs, P&IDs, SOPs) while collaborating across multiple teams to improve yield, energy efficiency and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- BSc/BEng Chemical Engineer or equivalent
- 3+ years relevant industry experience
- Knowledge of distillation, extraction and filtration technologies.
- Experience in process safety studies (HAZID, HAZOP, PHR, LOPA)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
- Confident with MSOffice
