Job Summary
Process Engineer to provide technical engineering, quality, and program support for stamping and assembly programs; establish GD&T criteria and critical process features, create customer and internal quality documentation saved in ERP, develop fixtures with vendors and obtain customer approvals, review fixture status with vendors, ensure on-time milestones and NARMCO objectives, assist manufacturing with process improvements and documentation, ensure Gauge R&R and fixture certification approvals, support early containment and PPAP submissions, and ensure compliance with AIAG and ISO standards during manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- A University or College graduate with emphasis in Quality and Engineering
- A minimum of five years work experience in related field in stamping and assembly area
- Strong communication skills and time management
- Ability to read GD&T, statistical process control, process measurement, quality related documentation, AIAG standards, ISO standards, strong computer skills for office administration and personal skill for customer relations
