Process Engineer Technician III

Job Summary
Hands-on Process Engineering Technician to support manufacturing operations. Assists engineers in validating new equipment and processes, troubleshoots technical issues with root-cause analysis, and contributes to continuous improvement on the production floor. Collaborates across cross-functional teams to improve operational performance, evaluates processes/equipment for regulatory compliance, fabricates and maintains basic jigs/fixtures to improve product quality and delivery, maintains accurate records, and supports the broader engineering team to achieve QCDS targets. Requires a Diploma or above in Engineering or related field and at least 2 years of manufacturing/engineering support experience; familiarity with Lean/M5S, ESD practices, and proficient in basic tools and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing or engineering support role
- Experience in a production or factory environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic project coordination experience
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles
- Understanding of ESD best practices
- Ability to use basic hand tools and workshop equipment
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
