Job Summary
Plan and coordinate manufacturing processes by studying engineering prints, drawings, and specifications to establish sequences of operations and estimate times. Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods through time-and-motion studies, work measurement procedures, and analysis of work study data to set production standards. Revise standard operational practices, observe workers for compliance, and confer with personnel to resolve system malfunctions and provide technical information across departments. Apply mathematical analysis to sampling statistics and industrial engineering principles to develop recommendations affecting work methods, wage rates, and budget decisions. This role supports efficient and economical utilization of personnel and facilities within an industrial establishment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- A minimum of 5 years' experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High level of proficiency using spreadsheet applications such as Excel, including the use of pivot

- The ability to continuously practice safe habits in the workplace while following all policies and procedures related to health and safety
