Job Summary
Role focuses on end-to-end design of business processes for JPMorgan Chase's International Consumer Bank digital retail offerings. Responsibilities include formulating recommendations to implementation using BPMN/BPA, coordinating with internal groups and stakeholders to action plans, driving a productivity agenda across Operations, and monitoring project status with risk mitigation and stakeholder management. Candidates should bring strong experience in UK Retail Banking (Onboarding/Payments/Lending/Fraud/Fincrime/Servicing), proficiency with process modelling tools (BPMN-based tools such as Signavio or ARIS), and the ability to map and improve detailed workflows; and have excellent communications to partner with diverse teams. Preferred experience includes UK retail banking landscape exposure, Jira/Confluence, and large-scale transformation programs. Key deliverables in Year 1 include design of process journeys and change tickets.
Required Qualifications
- Independent, proactive and with a delivery mindset
- Sound understanding of fundamentals of business process design and process modelling using BPMN
- Exposure to BPMN-based business process analysis tools (such as Signavio, ARIS, etc.)
- Strong experience in UK Retail Banking domains (such as onboarding, payments, lending, fraud, fincrime, servicing)
- Experience with coordinating across multiple teams (PMO/PD, operations, technology, compliance, legal) and delivering process design and change tickets
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to build partnerships across teams
- Exposure to transformation initiatives and process reengineering would be beneficial
- Consulting experience in retail banking would be a plus
