Job Summary
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, and customer specifications to assess manufacturability and feasibility. Perform tolerance stack-ups, capability studies, cycle time analysis, and risk assessments to ensure process robustness. Develop stage drawings, process flow charts, setup sheets, and work instructions for New Product Development while standardizing machining processes within the ERP system. Support RFQ activities by estimating cycle times, tooling requirements, and cost drivers. Collaborate with design, quality, production, supply chain, and maintenance teams to resolve process challenges and drive yield improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in mechanical stream / GTTC / NTTF
- 2 – 4 years of experience in manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in design software such as SolidWorks, Siemens NX, and AutoCAD
