Process Engineer

Job Summary
Develop SOPs and SWIs for production processes; lead kaizen and process-improvement projects; perform hands-on root cause analysis for production, engineering, equipment, and maintenance issues; evaluate and install new equipment, automate processes, and coordinate with OEMs and contractors; create and review PFMEAs, control plans, and launch deliverables; map value streams (VSM) across sites; mentor and train newer team members; support plant equipment installation, debug, and continuous improvement; ensure compliance with relevant standards and legislation; participate in regular plant meetings to support project deliverables; require rotating 2-shift operation (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) averaging 44 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Controls Technology or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of practical related experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Knowledge and experience in the application of Statistical Process Control is preferred
