Job Summary
Monitor and audit all processes in Plating and Via Fill departments, performing chemical lab analysis to verify concentrations and control process trends in truchem. Implement new processes, create SOPs, and manage AutoCAD drawings while leading engineering projects and training junior engineers. Resolve daily quality issues through root cause analysis, coordinate with managers and maintenance for preventive maintenance, and optimize production efficiencies. Train operators, enforce safety requirements, and handle new equipment installations. Work extended hours and respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years PCB Engineering experience
- BA degree
- Complete familiarity with Computers
- basic software such as excel, power point, word
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, protective glasses, face-shields, aprons, rubber boots, etc.
- Ability to work within the confines of a room where concentrations of chemicals are located
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds maximum and stand/walk throughout the day
- Must be flexible to work extended hours based on company needs
- Ability to perform at the highest level in a fast-paced and high-sound environment
- Ability to lift 20 lbs.
