Job Summary
Drive Process Engineering projects from initial concept through planning, execution, commissioning, and operational ramp-up. Develop and optimize mineral and material processes using trials, simulations, flow sheets, and technical analysis to support production sites with debottlenecking and continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct process audits, analyze production and quality data, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and external partners to enhance efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness across global operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mineral Processing, Chemistry, Geology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably within mining, minerals processing, or a related industry
- Strong expertise in process engineering
- Proven experience planning, executing, and evaluating industrial projects
- A proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with tools such as CAD, Excel, databases, or process simulation software
