Process Engineer

Process Engineer responsible for developing or modifying manufacturing processes to increase product performance, improve efficiency and reduce costs. Works with design engineers, vendors, program managers, marketing and quality engineers to support new electromechanical products; develops process design, defines production equipment specifications, and collaborates to ensure manufacturability and cost targets. Involves developing new or improved manufacturing and testing processes, setting up sample lines, participating in advanced quality planning, evaluating equipment and tooling, and providing sustaining support to global production lines; engages with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure capability, controls, delivery, and cost targets. Strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, and transferring knowledge to site personnel.
