Process Engineer (Second Shift)

Job Summary
Assess and set-up production infrastructure and process flow, managing NPI introduction and production documentation including WO BOM validation, shop floor control systems, and routing diagrams. Calculate task time and workforce requirements while coordinating change orders, ECN phase-ins, and manufacturing notices. Perform risk assessments to drive facility improvements and review safety and quality standards. Provide detailed status reports to internal managers and customers, collaborate with production teams to adjust processes, and conduct root cause analysis. Work in a fast-paced, loud environment with occasional lifting to 50lbs, requiring physical capability to operate around industrial equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering
- Strong background in manufacturing processes, process improvement, and operational optimization
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
- Physical ability to work on and around industrial equipment, including occasional lifting to 50lbs
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems
- Effective in time management and delegation
- Skilled in debugging and root cause analysis
- Capable of managing multiple projects
- Comfortable in a fast-moving business and team environment
- Attention to detail and highly motivated
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Physical capability to complete and satisfy all training requirements as stipulated by Company policy
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
