Job Summary
Prepare monthly production planning and schedules for Refinery plants 4 & 5, creating process orders in SAP while monitoring productivity and oil balancing. Manage yearly budget proposals, utilities, and operational costs to ensure cost effectiveness within approval limits. Lead operational staff and supervisors, conducting training to develop skills and guiding continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with SAP system implementations and generate required reports and documentation. This role supports SDGI's global edible oil and biodiesel production network, focusing on sustainable living and superior refined oil solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, production, or a related industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and engineering software such as AutoCAD, Minitab, SAP, or ERP systems
- Understanding of ISO standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements
