Job Summary
Process Engineer/Scientist II responsible for executing production activities using knowledge of process equipment, systems, and manufacturing operations; participate in operational qualification training and assist the Team Lead as needed; ensure activities comply with Company policies, SOPs, Pfizer Values, and global regulatory and environmental guidelines; work in a structured environment using established procedures; oversee technical documentation for production and process approvals, ensuring compliance with CGMP; manage process activities and support troubleshooting, technology transfer, and start-up activities; adapt to a 2nd shift (2pm-2am); physical tasks include lifting up to ~50 pounds; proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; preferred experience with Six Sigma, data analysis, and use of AI tools for problem solving and productivity; strong communication and analytical skills for project team presentations; travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree with any years of experience, or Associate's degree with 4+ years of experience, or high school diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of process equipment and manufacturing operations
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines
- Basic understanding of Current Good Manufacturing Practices
- Strong organizational skills to manage project tasks and meet deadlines
- Technical documentation skills for production and process approvals
