Job Summary
Process Engineer (Release Train Engineer) Mid-Level & Senior to support the OKC GTE ART. Responsible for guiding ART in an agile environment, assisting with timeline management, coaching on agile methodologies, mitigating risks, enabling value flow, establishing PI calendars, facilitating PI planning, and driving relentless improvement through Inspect and Adapt workshops. Requires collaboration with Product Management, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to align strategy and execution; expects experience with SAFe/Agile, Jira, cross-functional teams, and a background in engineering or related technical fields.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- Experience using a project management tool like Jira or other
- 3+ years working with Scaled Agile Framework or Agile methodologies
- 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
- 3+ years of experience leading a team or project
