Job Summary
Process Engineer to ensure smooth operation and efficiency of thin-film electronics and sensors fabrication processes. Responsibilities include documenting activities in lab notebooks, driving problem-solving for tool operation and repeatability, maintaining run logs and data entry, adhering to SOPs, performing preventive maintenance and calibration, providing feedback for process improvements, learning to operate and maintain equipment, applying the scientific method to optimize processes, emphasizing quality and safety, leading or contributing to special projects, and auditing processes with focus on consumable availability.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a similar process engineering role
- Associate's degree or higher in engineering or science
- Understanding of automated and semi-automated process tooling, ideally in thin-film electronics or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to work various shifts and overtime as needed
- Ability to pass a random drug test
