Job Summary
Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience with process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC)
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and CAD tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green or Black Belt certification preferred)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Python, R) for statistical process control and root cause analysis
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 concepts
