Job Summary
Drive process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and throughput in manufacturing operations while leading capital projects from scoping through execution. Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management methodologies to solve operational challenges, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to develop process documentation, provide technical leadership for plastics and injection molding across multiple sites, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 4–7 years of experience, and 60% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 4–7 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering roles
- Plastics industry background
