Job Summary
The Process Engineer at Adler Pelzer Group will establish work measurement programs and analyze data to develop standards and improve labor utilization. Responsibilities include examining work areas for throughput improvements, analyzing facility layout and operational data, and guiding manufacturing methods to enhance operations. Participation in new product launches and customer interaction at the assembly plant is required. The role demands adherence to safety requirements and environmental regulations as per company policy, alongside a commitment to continuous improvement processes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing operations
- Knowledge of Kaizen methods
- Ability to analyze production costs and flow charts
- Familiarity with IATF16949 and ISO 14001 standards
- Willingness to work overtime
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Good reading comprehension skills
