Job Summary
Plan, organize, and execute continuous improvement projects from conceptual stages through commissioning. Perform regular internal safety audits, review production procedures for health and safety requirements, and administer company policies to enforce environmental regulations. Train employees on standard operating procedures, manage equipment setup parameters with shift supervisors, and act as Suggestions System Manager for the IDEA program. Develop action plans to translate strategic objectives into initiatives, analyze processes using value stream mapping, and establish best practices to optimize process control. Make presentations to senior management representing project objectives and deliverables. Full-time role in Panama City, Florida, with a college degree in engineering and three years of relevant experience required.
Required Qualifications
- College degree in Engineering, or equivalent in related work experience
- Three (3) or more years of relevant business or project management experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with statistical tools or analysis
- Heavy industrial manufacturing experience
