Job Summary
Process Engineer to identify, design, and lead implementation plans for cost, productivity, profitability, and/or quality improvement using engineering, production, and outside resources; develop functional reports and predictive models; create and report improvement options to stakeholders; collect and interpret data; assist in installation/startup of equipment; develop plant layouts and material flows balancing ROI and future expansion; proficient with AutoCad, Solid Edge, Microsoft and modeling software; develop procedures for quality adherence and sustainability and training materials; apply lean principles to problem solving and process improvement; assist Sales and Estimating with production-model optimization across an entire job life cycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing/industrial engineering strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen (THC)
- Valid drivers license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record per company policy
