Process Engineer - Operations (1st Shift)

Job Summary
Monitor the health of assigned processes, resolve CT/capacity issues, and drive data-driven improvements to maximize tool output and production turns. Collaborate with shift teams, Equipment Engineers, Process Development and IE to address process issues, implement changes under change control, and develop action plans to reduce bottlenecks. Analyze data to identify root causes of performance issues, support tool and process optimization, and participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall efficiency and yield. Requires at least 10% international travel for short-term training at other Micron sites. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 3 years of relevant experience are required. Proficiency with MS Office tools, JMP, and Qoniac is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Semiconductor Process Engineer-related occupation
- MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JMP, and Qoniac
