Job Summary
Implement mechanical processes for PCB production in drill, lamination, and plating departments by researching supplier applications, writing project plans, and establishing operating conditions. Monitor daily process conditions to ensure consistency and perform failure mode and root cause analyses when product issues arise. Develop and maintain all necessary procedures for process operation, maintenance, and safety while applying statistical techniques for process control. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, one year of PCB inspection experience, and a DoD security clearance. Compensation range is $79,830 - $133,051.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job
- Knowledge and application of statistical techniques for process control
- Knowledge and application of failure mode effect analysis techniques as applied to both process development and process improvement
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without straining
- Must have or be capable of obtaining and maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance
- Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC
- being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents
- recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation
- understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL)
- understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US
- manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience inspecting printed circuit boards preferred
