Process Engineer Manager

Job Summary
Lead and mentor a growing team of process engineers in a fast-paced PCB manufacturing environment supporting aerospace and defense customers. Establish structured technical training, onboarding, and mentorship programs; provide hands-on guidance in root cause analysis, statistical analysis, and manufacturing optimization; drive process capability improvements across PCB fabrication steps and sponsor initiatives focused on yield improvement, scrap reduction, throughput, and cost reduction. Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Program Management, and Customer teams to improve manufacturing performance, ensure qualification and validation activities for new equipment, materials, chemistries, and process changes; ensure processes meet aerospace and defense quality and reliability expectations; develop and standardize engineering management systems, workflows, and documentation; promote disciplined change management and risk mitigation; support customer technical discussions and audits as needed and act as a technical escalation point for complex manufacturing and reliability issues.
