Job Summary

Manage a team focused on process engineering initiatives, including building process sets and models. Evaluate work to determine gaps, risks, and opportunities in order to prioritize design efforts and achieve maximum efficiency. Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development while providing clear direction and training. Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives, interpret policies, and collaborate with all levels of professionals. Lead the team to achieve objectives, manage allocation of people and financial resources, and mentor talent development. This role requires 5+ years of Process Engineering experience and 2+ years of leadership experience. Desired qualifications include leading AI-enabled business transformation initiatives leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent automation to drive operational excellence in a highly regulated environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience leading AI-enabled business transformation initiatives, leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics to drive operational excellence and measurable business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and workflow orchestration concepts, with the ability to translate emerging technologies into scalable business solutions
  • Proven ability to identify, prioritize, and govern a portfolio of AI-enabled opportunities, balancing business value, implementation feasibility, risk, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience designing future-state operating models and business processes that integrate AI, automation, and human-in-the-loop controls to improve productivity, quality, customer experience, and risk management
  • Knowledge of Responsible AI principles, AI governance, model risk management, data privacy, and control frameworks within highly regulated environments
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and partner across Operations, Technology, Data, Risk, and Compliance functions to drive adoption and scale AI-enabled transformation
