Support plant safety and quality initiatives while developing training documentation to standardize operator skills and equipment usage. Analyze production performances and energy efficiencies to drive profitability, proposing technology upgrade projects and new equipment installations. Manage process changes through design of experiments and formalize data reporting to ensure consistent operations and high machine efficiency.
