Job Summary

Process Engineer responsible for leading process improvement and quality initiatives in automotive manufacturing. Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, SOPs, PFMEA, and control plans. Lead and support PTR for change-management validation; monitor OEE, cycle times, and quality metrics; implement SPC (Cp/Cpk) and CRR. Drive RCA using 8D, 5W1H, and Ishikawa; apply Poka Yoke and vision systems to prevent failures. Support PPAP submissions and LPA audits, ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in APQP activities, and apply Lean tools (VSM, 5S, Kanban) for continuous improvement. Proficient in Microsoft 365 and data-analysis software; willingness to travel and adapt to program needs. Equal opportunity employer; AI-assisted screening may be used as part of recruitment. Required Qualifications

  • Essential Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally automotive or high-volume production.
  • Strong understanding of process control, variation reduction, and quality assurance.
  • Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, and structured problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
  • Familiarity with automated assembly and chemical processing techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and comfortable using data analysis software.
