Job Summary
Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction while conducting root cause analysis to implement corrective actions for process deviations. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience with process optimization, statistical process control (SPC), and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., MiniTab, JMP)
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, PFDs, and other engineering documentation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with process simulation software (e.g., ASPEN, HYSYS)
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and simulation software (e.g., Minitab, Arena, Python, R)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 concepts
